“Around Lake Rāzna” (duration 6 hours)
Red palace of Lūznava manor is one of the best preserved complex in Latgale. There are the old ponds, park and the sculpture of Madonna. The building is bright example of eclectic. The sanatorium “Rāzna” is a hundred years old with interesting architecture that was meant for the relaxation of the artists. The wonderful nature is all around! The manor of Goļicin is the unique wooden building, the smallest wooden church in Latvia, the old stairs and the path along the lake. Mount Mākoņkalns is 247 m high. The picturesque sight is to Lake Rāzna and the ruins of Livonian order. Additionally the picnic on the coast of Lake Rāzna is available (in “Ezernieki”). The beech, grill, volleyball square, pergola near the lake are procurable.

“Fascinating Latgale” (duration 7-8 hours)
Rezekne-Mākoņkalns-Zosna-Veczosna-Lūznava-Aglona-Velnezers-Rezekne.
Lake Rāzna – 2nd biggest lake in Latvia. Mount Mākoņkalns is 247 m high. The picturesque sight is to Lake Rāzna and the ruins of Livonian order. “Latgale blue lakes” (duration 8 hours)
Rezekne-Ezernieki-Dagda-Kombuli (Sauleskalns)-Velnezers-Aglona-Velnezers-Rezekne.
Ezernieki was the popular relaxation place during the Soviet period; it is situated on the coast of Lake Ežezers. The lake has got the fame due to its 40 islands. Dagda town and lake. The famous Dagda church. Mount Sauleskalkns (211 meters). From there in the clear weather 9 lakes can be seen. In its neighbourhood is the deepest lake in Baltic – Drīdzis (63,5 metres). Lake Velnezers (Devil’s lake) is small lake in the wood enwind by many legends. The holy place of the Catholics is the complex of Aglona basilica and monastery. Lake Egļu and Lake Cirīšu.

Excursion in Rezekne (on foot, duration 1 hour)
The central square of the city; monument “United for Latvia”; the Roman Catholic Church of Anguished Virgin; the Orthodox Church of the Birth of Holy Jesus’ Mother (1846).
