In the territory of Rezekne city there are several health care establishments and enterprises that are under the supervision of the municipality:
- Health Department;
- “Rēzeknes slimnīca” Ltd (Rezekne Hospital);
- “Rēzeknes veselības aprūpes centrs” Ltd (Rezekne Health Care Centre); “Rēzeknes neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības stacija” Ltd (Rezekne Emergency Station).
The medical services also are provided by:
- the State Agency of Tuberculosis and Lungs illnesses Rezekne branch (the Hospital of Tuberculosis);
